Return eligibility

Unused items in original, undamaged packaging. Returns must be authorized by us before shipping back.

Return window

Within 30 days of delivery.

Condition required

Unassembled, unused and complete with all hardware and documentation.

Restocking fee

Large items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Return shipping

Return freight is the customer's responsibility. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable, unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

Non-returnable

Assembled saunas, fired wood-burning stoves and used cold plunge tubs — except under warranty.

Damaged products

Damage or defects are handled as a warranty or freight claim rather than a standard return — contact us with your order number and photos.

Refunds

Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the item being received and inspected.

Full policy

Unused items in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by contacting us with your order number — returns shipped without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Items must be unassembled, unused and complete with all hardware and documentation. Assembled saunas, fired wood-burning stoves and used cold plunge tubs are not returnable except under warranty.

Return freight is the customer's responsibility, and large items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Orders cancelled before the item leaves the warehouse are refunded in full. Once a freight shipment is in transit the order is treated as a return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Contact us to start a return.
