Everything you need to know about delivery, preparation, and installation of your MyPureHeat purchase.
The Process
How Delivery Works
Five steps from checkout to your first session.

Place Your Order
Checkout is handled securely through Shopify. Choose your model and confirm the shipping address — freight shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
- 02
Order Confirmation
You receive a confirmation email at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and large items are released to a freight carrier once payment clears and the address is confirmed.

Delivery Coordination
You receive a tracking notification once your order ships. The freight carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment; someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Prepare Your Space
Before the appointment, confirm the access route, the base your unit will sit on, and any electrical work listed on the product page.
- 05
Receive & Set Up Your Product
Inspect the shipment before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, then follow the manufacturer's included instructions to assemble and set up your unit.

Site Prep
Prepare Your Space Before Delivery
Getting these details right before delivery day makes setup straightforward.
Available Space
Measure the footprint plus clearance around the unit for airflow, door swing, and service access. Exact dimensions are on each product page.
Access & Doorways
Check the full route from the delivery point to the final position: gates, doorways, stairs, corners, and tight turns. Crates are larger than the assembled product.
Surface & Foundation
Units need a level, load-bearing base such as a concrete pad, paver patio, a deck rated for the filled weight, or a compacted gravel bed.
Electrical
Some models plug into a standard outlet; others require dedicated hard-wired circuits. Confirm the electrical specification on the product page and use a licensed electrician where required.
Drainage
For hot tubs and cold plunges, plan where water will drain during emptying and maintenance, away from foundations and walkways.
Placement
Consider sun and wind exposure, privacy, distance to power, and — for wood-fired units — the manufacturer's required clearance from structures and combustible materials.

What's Included

What MyPureHeat provides, and what is arranged by you.
Delivery
Freight and parcel carriers transport your order to the shipping address you provide. The carrier schedules the appointment, and someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
Customer Assembly
Most products are assembled by the customer using the manufacturer's included instructions and hardware — sauna kits, inflatable hot tubs, and wood-fired stove and flue assembly all fall into this category.
Professional Installation
Professional installation is not included with your order. Electrical hookup, plumbing, foundation work, and any local permits are arranged by the customer with licensed local trades.
